Cheri Torres is a senior catalyst and consultant at Collaborative by Design and Innovation Partners. She works with leaders and teams in every sector, enhancing their conversational intelligence to support excellence, creativity, and success. Her change management strengths include facilitating strategic whole system conversations and train-the-trainer programs that give organizations the skills and tools to change culture from the inside out. Cheri holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology with a specialization in Collaborative Learning from the University of Tennessee.

 

Jacqueline (Jackie) Stavros passion is working with others to create meaningful results for positive change. She is recognized for her creation of SOAR, a positive approach to strategic thinking, planning, and leading (www.soar-strategy.com). She is a professor at Lawrence Technological University (LTU) and Appreciative Inquiry Advisor for Flourishing Leadership Institute and David L. Cooperrider Center for Appreciative Inquiry. She has worked across all sectors, including for-profit, nonprofit, government, and a wide spectrum of industries. She has worked in over 25 countries using Appreciative Inquiry to affect the lives of thousands or people and hundreds of organizations improve capacity to thrive and increase performance. Appreciative Inquiry is one of the most effective and widely used approaches for fostering positive change to improve the outcomes of your interactions with others.  She lives in Brighton, Michigan, with her husband, Paul; their kids, Ally and Adam; and Rex, a lovable dog.
